i faced a few issues. the breakfast was scheduled until 10:00 am, i got there at 9:00 am and they hadn't refilled many items. there was no milk and only one type of bread was available. the bathroom was also cold. (i really didn't expect that).

The location offered easy access to shops and restaurants. There was good WiFi service. The transfer service was very good, and it had clear instructions via a video.

The room i got was small. It was better to put my luggage on lobby. The breakfast wasn't good. There was a small plate for each person with small amount of cheese and honey.

Staff said things had already been eaten. If breakfast is available until 10:00, there should be enough food until then. the room was very small.

The room was clean and had everything needed. I found toiletries, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a teapot, water, and cookies. Beds were comfortable.. I slept well. Customer service was excellent. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport fast and friendly.

The room lock did not work. There was only one tea bag and two small bottles of water provided. The driver stopped for shopping for other people in the car in the morning. I found that unprofessional.
